O&#8217;zbekiston sabza- vot, poliz ekinlari va kartoshkachilik i.t. in-tida yaxshilangan mahalliy nav. 1947 y.dan r-nlashtirilgan. Barglari bo&#8217;zrang, ba&#8217;zan sarg&#8217;ish-yashil, qalin, mayin tukli. Sabzisi shakli kalta, uchi to&#8217;mtoq, barglarga yaqin kismi yashil, erga qadalib turgan qismi, eti va o&#8217;zagining rangi sariq. Uz. 8-13 sm, diametric 3,5\u20144,0 sm, o&#8217;zagi kichik, ingichka ser- suv. O&#8217;zbekistonda etishtiriladigan sariq sabzilar orasida eng shirini. VAZ- ni 30-43 g, quruq modda miqdori 14%, qand 11,9%. Hosildorligi 190-200 ts\/ ga. Urug&#8217;i unib chiqqandan so&#8217;ng 85-95 kunda pishib etiladi. Noqulay obqavo sharoitida erkaklab ketishga moyil. O&#8217;zbekistonning barcha viloyatlarida r-nlashtirilgan. Toshkent viloyatida ko&#8217;p ekiladi.
