M.dan oldin hujayra bo&#8217;linishga tayyorgarlik davri (interfa- za)ni o&#8217;tadi. Interfazada DNK, oqsil, ATF sintez bo&#8217;ladi. Natijada xromo- somalardagi DNK miqdori ikki hissa ortadi (q. Xromosomalar). Bu jarayon re- plikasiya deyiladi. M. 4 faza: profaza, metafaza, anafaza, telofazadan iborat. Profazada xromosomalar spirallashib, yiriklasha boshlaydi; yadro membranasi va yadrocha emirilib, xromosomalar TSITO- plazmaga tarkalib ketadi. Profaza oxi- rida tsentrosomalar hujayra qutblariga joylashib oladi; ular o&#8217;rtasida mikro- naychalardan iborat axromatin ipcha- lar paydo bo&#8217;lib, bo&#8217;linish duki hosil bo&#8217;ladi. Metafazada xromosomalarning spirallashib yo&#8217;g&#8217;onlashuvi davom eta- Di. Metafaza oxirida xromosomalar hujayra markazida bo&#8217;linish o&#8217;qi ekva- torida joylashib oladi. Bu fazada har bir xromosoma 2 ta xromatildan iborat bo&#8217;lib, ular tsentromerasi orqali o&#8217;zaro birikkan, xromatidlar esa bo&#8217;linish duki iplariga ilashgan bo&#8217;ladi. Anafa- zada xromatidlar o&#8217;rtasidagi bog&#8217;lanish uzilib, har bir xromosoma 2 ta mustaqil xromatidga ajraladi. Axromatin ipcha- larning qisqarishi tufayli xromoso- malar qarama-qarshi qutblarga tarqala boshlaydi. Telofazada xromosomalar kugblarga joylashadi; spirali yoyilib ular yana uzun ipchalar \u2014 xromatidlar shakliga kiradi va yorug&#8217;lik mikroskop- da ko&#8217;rinmaydigan bo&#8217;lib qoladi; yadrocha qayta tiklanadi; yadro membranasi hosil bo&#8217;ladi. Tsitoplazma o&#8217;rtasida botiqlik paydo bo&#8217;lib, chuqurlasha borishi va hujayraning teng ikkiga bo&#8217;linishi b-n telofaza tugallanib, yana qaytadan in- terfaza boshlanadi. M.da sodir bo&#8217;ladigan jaraenlar nerv sistemasi hamda buyrak usti bezi, gipo- fiz, qalqonsimon bez, jinsiy bezlar va b. sekresiya bezlari ishlab chiqaradigan gormonlar orqali neyrogumoral siste- ma tomonidan boshqariladi. M.ning kecha-kunduzlik maromi muhitdagi kecha- kuiduz davomida sodir bo&#8217;lib turadigan o&#8217;zgarishlar va organizmlar aktivli- gi b-n bog&#8217;liq. M.ning davomiyligiga hujayraning o&#8217;lchami, yadroning plo- idligi, atrof muhit sharoiti (xusu- san, harorat) ta&#8217;sir qiladi. M hayvon hujayralarida 30-60 min., o&#8217;simlik hujayralarida 2-3 soat davom etadi. M.ning biologik ahamiyati bo&#8217;linishga kirishgan dastlabki ona hujayra xromo- somalarining bo&#8217;linishdan keyin xrsil bo&#8217;ladigan ikkita yangi qiz hujayralar o&#8217;rtasida teng taqsimlanishidan va bitta hujayra bo&#8217;linib, unga aynan o&#8217;xshash ikkita hujayraning vujudga kelishidan iborat. M.daorganizmning o&#8217;sishi va rivojlanishi, shikastlan- gan hujayralarning tiklanishi, o&#8217;lgan hujayralar o&#8217;rniga yangi hujayralar hosil bo&#8217;lishi ta&#8217;minlanadi. Ba&#8217;zan M. tugallanmay qolishi tufayli ko&#8217;p yadroli \u2014 poliploid hujayralar paydo bo&#8217;ladi yoki politen xromosomalar vujudga kela- Di (yana q.
