Gavda t-rasining ko&#8217;tarilishida namoyon bo&#8217;ladi, ko&#8217;pgina kasalliklarda kuzatiladi. Gavda t-rasining ko&#8217;tarilishi b-n o&#8217;tadigan hamma kasalliklar qadimdan I. deb atalgan. I. hozir mustaqil kasallik deb hisoblanmasa ham, ba&#8217;zi kasalliklar hamon I. deb ataladi (mas, bezgak isit- masi, iskabtopar isitmasi, ku isitma- si). I.ning infektsion va noin-fektsion xillari farq qilinadi. I. yuqumli ka &#8212; salliklarda ham, yuqumsiz kasalliklar- da ham chiqaverishi mumkin. Ko&#8217;pincha kasallik mikroblari (va VI- ruslari) chiqargan modsalar va ularning parchalanish mahsulotlari, orga-nizmga hazm yo&#8217;lidan boshqa yo&#8217;l b-n kiritilgan yot oqsillar (ba&#8217;zan vak-tsinalar)ning parchalanish mahsulotlari, shuningdek, organizmning o&#8217;z to&#8217;qima va hujayralari shikastlanganda (mas, ichga qon quyilganda, jarohatlanishda, to&#8217;qimalar ezilganda va h. k.) hosil bo&#8217;ladigan mod- dalar ta&#8217;sirida I. chiqadi. T-ra tushayotganda or- ganizmdan issiklik chiqib ketishi yanada kuchayadi (badan terlaydi, teri tomirla- ri kengayadi). T-ra birdaniga \u2014 juda tez (kritik) yoki sekin-asta (litik) tushishi mumkin. Ba&#8217;zi mikrob zaharlarining kat- ta dozalari termoregulyasiya markazini qo&#8217;zg&#8217;atgach, ketidan susaytirishi mumkin. Shu sababli kasallik (mas, dif-teriya) ning og&#8217;ir \u2014 toksik xili deyarli. I.siz o&#8217;tishi mumkin. Keksalar va ozg&#8217;in, bedar- mon kishilar og&#8217;ir infektsion kasalli- klar b-n og&#8217;riganda ba&#8217;zan I. chiqmaydi. Gavda t-rasining 40\u20144G gacha ko&#8217;tarilishi bosh og&#8217;rig&#8217;i, darmonsizlik, ishtaha bo&#8217;g&#8217;ilishi, me&#8217;- da sekresiyasining susayishi va b. hodisalarga sabab bo&#8217;lsada, hayot uchun xavfli emae lekin isitmali ba&#8217;zi ka- salliklarda bemorning alaxlashi, behush bo&#8217;lib qolishi, moddalar almashinuvi va ovqat hazm qilishning buzilishi, asosan, t-raning ko&#8217;p ko&#8217;tarilishiga emas, balki shu kasallikdagi intoksikasiya xususi- yatlariga va shuning natijasida orga&#8212; nizmdagi turli funktsiyalarning buzi- lish darajasiga bog&#8217;liq.
