Odatda, biron ish jarayonida harakatlar angla- nilgan yoki anglanilmagan tarzda amal- ga oshiriladi. Harakatni ba~ jarishda ongning borgan sari kamroq ishtirok etishi tufayli ish g&#8217;ayriixtiyoriy ra- vishda ijro etila boradi, ayrim mayda qismlarga e&#8217;tibor kamayadi. Harakatning qisman g&#8217;ayriixtiyoriy ravishda bajari- lishi tufayli uning tuzilishida ayrim sifat uzgarishlari yuz beradi. Harakatni hissiy nazorat qilish, uni markazdan turib boshqarish usullari o&#8217;zgarib bora- Di. Harakat usullarini idrok etishdan diqqat xoli bo&#8217;ladi va u harakat vaziyati hamda mahsuliga qaratiladi. Davlat korxonalari, tashkilotlari va mu-assasalarida tarif stavkalari va mansab maoshlarini belgilatshda M. raz- ryadi muhim ahamiyatga ega. Mac, ishbay ishlovchi xodimlarning mehnatiga ish M.si bo&#8217;yicha, ya&#8217;ni shu ish uchun uning murakkabligini hisobga olib belgilan- gan baholar bo&#8217;yicha haq to&#8217;lanadi. Ishbay ishlovchi xodim vaqtincha ish beruvchi ta- shabbusi b-n pastroq razryadli ishni ba- jarsa, u ish haqining AV-valgi razryadi b-n bajarilgan ish razryadi o&#8217;rtasidagi farqni olishga haklidir (O&#8217;zbekiston Respublikasi MK 95\u2014modda). Xodimlar M.si maxsus M. komis- siyasi tomonidan belgilanadi.
