Fizika nuqtai na- zaridan P.k. da qo&#8217;lla-nadigan plazma (termoyadro plazmasiga nisbatan) past t-rali (103-105 K, ionlanish daraja- si 10~6-10^&#8217;), kimyo va kimyoviy texno- logiya nuqtai nazaridan esa eng yuqori t-rali hisoblanadi. Plazma kimyoda en- dotermik reaktsiyalarni amalga oshirish yoki issiqqa chidamli materiallar ta&#8217;sir etuvchi yuqori t-ra elitkichlari sifati- da ishlatiladineytral holatda mav- jud bo&#8217;lmaydigan ko&#8217;pgina molekulalar ionlashgan xrlda plazmada bo&#8217;la oladi. P.k.ning texnikada qo&#8217;llanishi plazma oqimining yuqori t-raga ega bo&#8217;lishiga asoslangan. Plazma oqimi elektr yoyli yoki yuqori chastotali induktsion plazma- tronlarda olinadi. P.k.ning eng istiqbolli texnik ja- rayoni atmosfera azotini to&#8217;g&#8217;ridan-to&#8217;g&#8217;ri oksidlash, metan va b. uglevodorodlarni elektrokrekinglab atsetilen olishdan iborat. Etilen va b. olefinlarni, te- traftoretilen, gidrazin, disian, vodo- rod tsianid, trixlorsilan, gidroksila- min, vodorod perok-Sid, formaldegid olish maqsadida ham P.k. jarayonlari o&#8217;rganiladi. P.k.ning maxsus bo&#8217;limi \u2014 plazma metal-lurgiyasida vanadiy, ni- kel, te-Mir, molibden, bor va h.k.ning oksidlari va galogenidlariga vodorod plazmasi ta&#8217;sir ettirib, sof element- lar ajratib olinadi. Metallar sirtida olovbardosh oksid pardalar hosil qilish yoki polimerlar sirtini tozalashda kislorod plazmasi oqimi qo&#8217;llanadi. P.k. plazma nurlanganda kechadigan fotokimyoviy jarayonlarni ham o&#8217;z ichiga oladi. Bunga ozonning olinishi misol bo&#8217;la oladi, chunki bunda asosiy jarayon kislorod molekulalarini ultrabinaf- sha nurlar ta&#8217;sirida dissosiasiyalashga asoslangan. Ad.: Polak L. S. [i dr.].
