Sanoatda materiallarga ishlov berishda qo&#8217;llaniladi. Gazlarda foydalanilayot- gan elektr razryadlarning turiga qarab ey razryadli va yuqori chastotali P. keng tarqalgan. O&#8217;zgarmas tokda ishlaydigan ey raz- ryadli P. quyidagi asosiy qismlardan iborat: bitta (katod) yoki ikkita (katod va anod) elektrod, razryad kamera-si, plazma hosil qiluvchi moddani uza-tish qismi. Razryad kamerasining plazma oqadigan yorig&#8217;i P. soplosi deyiladi. Ey razryadli P.ning ikki turi: tashqi plazma yoyi va plazmali oqimni hosil qilishda ishla- tiladigan P.mavjud. Bi-rinchi tur P.da ey razryadi katod va anod sifatida olin- gan jism orasida yonadi. P.ning ikkinchi turida katod va anod orasidagi razryadda hosil qilinayotgan plazma razryad kame- rasidan ingichka uzun oqim sifatida oqib chiqadi. Ey razryadli P.da ish gazi (vodorod, kislorod, azot, argon, geliy va b.) qiyin eriydigan katod (volfram, molibden, maxsus krtishmalar) va suv b-n sovitila- digan mis anodi orasida sodir bo&#8217;layotgan ey razryadi tufayli plazmaga aylanadi. Bu plazma anoddagi yoriqdan oqib chiqadi. Ey razryadli P.da razryadning tur-g&#8217;unligiga magnit maydoni, gazlar oqimi, razryad kamerasi, soploning devorlari tufayli erishiladi. Bu P.ning quvvati 10 MVt, soplo kesi-midagi oqim t-rasi (3 \u2014 25) 103K, oqimning chiqish tezligi 104 m\/s. Yuqori chastotali P. esa elektromag- nit g&#8217;altak \u2014 induktor yoki yuqori cha- stotali energiya manbaiga ulangan elek- trodlar, razryad kamerasi, plazma qosil qiluvchi moddani kirgizish kis-mini o&#8217;z ichiga oladi. Uning induktsi-on, sig&#8217;imli, mash&#8217;alli, o&#8217;ta yuqori chastotali xillari mavjud. Induktsion P. yordamida nitrid, borid, karbid va b. kimyoviy birikmalar asosidagi yupka dispersli va juda toza kukun materiallar olinadi. P. quvvati 1 MVt ga eta-Di, t-ra razryad kamerasining markazi va plazma oqimining boshla- nish joyida ~ YU4K > plazma oqimining tezligi 103 m\/s, chastotasi bir necha o&#8217;n ming Gts dan o&#8217;nlab MGs gacha bo&#8217;ladi.
