Bunday hujayralarni suvga yoki gipotetik eritmaga tushirilsa, deplaz- moliz jarayoni sodir bo&#8217;lib, tezda tur- gor holati tiklanadi. Uzoq vaqt davom etgan P. sharoitida hujayra halokatga uchraydi. To&#8217;qimalarda sodir bo&#8217;ladigan P.ni qiyosiy baholash uchun ikki xil: chegaralangan P. va plazmo-metrik me- todlardan foydalaniladi. Birinchi metod Niderlandiya olimi X. De Friz (1884) tomonidan taklif etilgan. Bunda to&#8217;qimalar KNO3, saxaroza, NaCl osma- tik jihatdan faol bo&#8217;lgan moddalarning eritmasiga botiriladi va eritmaning 50%da hujayraning P.ga uchragan kon- tsentrasiyasi aniqlanadi. Plazmometrik metodda esa P.dan keyin hujayra va Pro- toplastning nisbiy hajmi aniqlanib, eritma kontsentrasiyasini hisobga olgan holda tegishli formula yordamida Xu- jayraning osmatik bosimi aniqlanadi.
