Drude metallarning tuzilish modelini taklif qilib, bu model yordamida ularning elektr va issiqlik o&#8217;tkazuvchanligini tushuntirdi. Metall va qotishmalarning muvoza- natlik shartlari (holat diagrammasini tuzish va sof metallar uchun faza o&#8217;tish nuqtalarini aniqlash) termodinamika krnunlariga asoslanadi. Bunda yuqori (yuz ming ATM gacha) bosimda fazalar mu- vozanati va fazalar o&#8217;zgarishi kinetika- si o&#8217;rganiladi. Rentgen spektral taxli- li, elektron mikroskopiya va neytrono- grafiya usullari M.f.ning rivojlani- shida, ayniqsa, yangi strukturali metal va qotishmalar olishda muhim ahamiyatga ega (yana q.
