M. nazariy kontsepsiya va tijorat faoliya- tining o&#8217;ziga xos hodisasi tarzida 20-a. boshlarida AQShda ilk bor qo&#8217;llanildi. I.ch. va kapitalning yuksak darajada to&#8217;planishi, iqtisodiyot tarmoqlarida monopoliyalar qukmronligining, xalqaro bozorda keskin raqobatning vujudga kelishi mahsulot sotish mu- ammosini ob&#8217;ektiv tarzda birinchi o&#8217;ringa chiqardi. 1908 y.da AQShda M. muammolarini o&#8217;rganadigan birinchi IX- tisoslashgan firma paydo bo&#8217;ldi. 1911 y.da esa o&#8217;sha davrdagi bir qator yirik kompaniyalar tijorat tadqiqotlari b-n shug&#8217;ullanadigan dastlabki bo&#8217;limlarni ochdi. Kompaniyalar huzurida bozorni o&#8217;rganish, reklama, xaridorlarga xiz- mat ko&#8217;rsatish va boshqarishning boshqa vazifalari b-n shug&#8217;ullanadigan M. bo&#8217;limlari ta&#8217;sis etila boshlandi. 1931 y.da Amerika M. jamiyati, 1937 y.da esa Amerika M. milliy uyushmasi tuzildi. 20-a.ning 50-60-y.larida xalqaro M. federasiyasi, jamoatchilik fikri hamda marketing bo&#8217;yicha Evropa jamiyati va Ev- ropa marketing akademiyasi kabi xalqaro M. tashkilotlari tuzildi. Bozorni bilish (iste&#8217;molchilarni har tomonlama o&#8217;rganish, ularning did va istaklarini bilish), bozorga mosla- shish, bozorga ta&#8217;sir o&#8217;tkazish M.ning asosiy tamoyillaridir. Shuningdek, M.ni qo&#8217;llash b-n bog&#8217;liq masalalarni kompleks ravishda o&#8217;rganish; mahsulot as- sortimentini rejalashtirish; talabni va savdoga rag&#8217;bat beradigan tadbirlar- ni shakllantirish; savdo va taqsimot; boshqarish va nazorat qilish M. faoliya- tining mazmunini belgilaydi. Mutaxas- sislar M.ning 9 ta asosiy vazifasini ko&#8217;rsatib o&#8217;tadilar: rejalashtirish va mahsulotni yaratish; mahsulotning navi va standartlarini belgilash; mahsulot xaridi va uni guruhlashtirish; sotish; omborga joylash; transport xizmati; M. faoliyatini moliyalash; xatarlar va bo- zorga oid axborotlar to&#8217;plash. ^ O&#8217;zbekistonda 1980-y.lardan boshlab iqtisodiyot o&#8217;quv yurtlarida M. kurslari o&#8217;qitila boshlandi. Shu yillari M. ma- salalari b-n S.Salimov, S. Fylomov, A. Bekmurodov, J. Jalolov, M. Qosimova, D. Muhitdinov, M. Nasreddinova, X. Ra- imov kabi olimlar i.t. ishlari olib bor- dilar. 1986 y.da &#171;Sovplastital&#187; qo&#8217;shma korxonasida birinchi bo&#8217;lib M. bo&#8217;limi tuzildi. Key-ingi yillarda &#171;Toshkent to&#8217;qimachilik mashinasozlik zavodi&#187; AK- tsiyadorlik jamiyati, &#171;V. P. Chkalov no- midagi Toshkent aviasiya ishlab chiqarish birlashmasi&#187; davlat-aktsiyadorlik bir- lashmasi, &#171;Toshkent qishloq xo&#8217;jaligi mashinasozligi&#187; aktsiyadorlik jamiyati kabi korxonalarda ham M. bo&#8217;limlari ochildi. Hoz. mamlakatimizda faoliyat kursatayotgan tijorat banklari, yirik i.ch. korxonalarining aksariyatida M. bo&#8217;limlari ish olib boradi (yana q. Mar- keting xizmatlari).
