Bolarlar iste&#8217;moli uchun konservalar pyuresimon va mayda to&#8217;g&#8217;ralgan holda, parhez konservalar biron bir kasalli- klari bo&#8217;lgan shaxslar iste&#8217;moli uchun maxsus resept bo&#8217;yicha tayyorlanadi. Qo&#8217;ziqorindan tayyorlangan konservalar ham sabzavot konservalariga kiradi. O&#8217;zbekiston konserva sanoatida, aso- san, meva va sabzavot konservalari ish- lab chikariladi. 2002 y.da respublikada 48,4 mln. shartli banka konservalar ish- lab chikariladi.
