M. olish uchun reaktiv toza bo&#8217;lishi, tashqi sharoit va t-ra o&#8217;zgartirilmasdan saqlab turilishi kerak. M. moddani eritish, eritma hosil qilish, gaz va qattiq holga keltirish jarayonlari orqali hosil qilinadi. Bu holatlarni hosil qilish usullari juda ko&#8217;p bo&#8217;lib, ularni tanlashda moddaning fizik va kimyoviy xossalari e&#8217;tiborga olinadi.
