Deformasiya M. t.da egiluvchan PLA- stinka (bimetall plastinka, Burdon nayi)dan iborat bo&#8217;lib, t-ra ta&#8217;siri- da egiladi. Elektr M. t. t-ra ta&#8217;siri- da termo-elementlarda elektr harakat kuchi yoki o&#8217;tkazgichlar elektr qarshiligi (qarshilik termometri, termistorlar) ning o&#8217;zgarishiga asoslangan. Meteorolo- giyada qavo va tuproq t-rasini o&#8217;lchashda, asosan, simobli va spirtli termo-met- rlar; termometr etaloni sifatida vo- dorodli termometr; termograflarning qabul qilgichi sifatida deformasiya termometri qo&#8217;llaniladi.
