Suv sathi 6 soat 13 min. davomida ko&#8217;tari-ladi va shuncha vaqt davomida pasayadi. Bu hodisa har 12 soat 25 min.da takrorlanib tura- Di. Ko&#8217;tarilishni hosil qiluvchi kuch (G&#8217;) ko&#8217;tarilishni hosil qiluvchi jism (G&#187; jism \u2014 oy va Quyosh) ning er sathidagi va markazidagi teng massali zarralar- ning tortishish kuchi farqiga propor- tsional. K. va p. kuchi G&#8217;=~rg formula b-n ifodalanadi. Bunda |x &#8212; zarra massasi, g -zarraning er markazidan uzoqligi, t &#8212; G&#187; jism massasi, R\u2014 G&#187; jismning er Mar- kazidan uzoqligi, \/=6,67108 sm\/g sek2 \u2014 butun olam tortishish do-imiysi (q. K. va p.ning amplitudasi hamda tasnifi er, Oy, Quyoshlarning o&#8217;zaro joylashishiga, geografik kenglik va mahalliy sharo- itlarga (mas, dengizning chuqurligiga) bog&#8217;liq bo&#8217;ladi. Erning o&#8217;z o&#8217;qi atrofida sutkali aylanishi, er, oy va Quyoshning o&#8217;z orbitalari bo&#8217;ylab qiladigan harakatlari natijasida K. va p. hodisasi Erning har bir nuqtasida har xil katta- likda sodir bo&#8217;ladi. K. va p. sathining tebranishini mareograf asbobi b-n ku- zatib boriladi. Dengiz kemalariga xiz- mat ko&#8217;rsatish uchun maxsus &#171;ko&#8217;tarilish jadvallari&#187; tuziladi. Atmosferada ko&#8217;tarilish tebranishlarining davriy- ligi 12 soat, ATM. bosimining o&#8217;zgarishi kam, ekvatorial zonadagina eng yuqori (1 Mbar gacha) bo&#8217;ladi. K. va p. ta&#8217;sirida atmosferaning bosimi sutka va oy davo- mida sezilarli darajada o&#8217;zgarib tura- Di. Erning tortish kuchi ta&#8217;sirida oyda sodir bo&#8217;ladigan ko&#8217;tarilishlar oyning o&#8217;z o&#8217;qi atrofida aylanishini sekinlash- tirganki, oqibatda u erga bir tomoni b-n o&#8217;girilib qolgan. Oyning er atrofi aylanish tezligidan erning o&#8217;z o&#8217;qi atro- fida aylanish tezligining katta bo&#8217;lishi Erdagi sutkalar uzunligining yil sayin ortib borishiga olib kelmokda.
