Suv ta&#8217;sirida vodorod- kremneftorid kislota va kremniy (IV)- okcrh (SiO2)ra, 800\u00b0 dan yuqori t-Rada suv bug&#8217;i ta&#8217;sirida ftorid kislota (HF) va SiO2 gacha gidrolizlanadi. Eruvchanligi (20\u00b0 da g\/l): metanolda 328, etanolda 364, atsetonda 31. Ammiak va organik asoslar b-n adduktlar hosil qiladi. Kremniy (P)-ftorid, SiF2 \u2014 Gazsi- mon, suyuq yoki qattiq modda (polimeriza- tsiya darajasiga qarab). 1100\u00b0 dan yuqori t-Rada past bosimda (-10 gPa) SiF4 ga kremniy ta&#8217;sir ettirilganda hosil bo&#8217;ladi. SiF2 organik sintezda reagent, kremniyni tozalash jarayonida oraliq mahsulot.
