Shakar qiyomi asosida turli krrishmada: shoko- ladli, pomadali, sutli, mevali, yong&#8217;oqli va b. xillari bir yoki bir necha K. masal- liklaridan tayyorlanadi. Shakl berilgan sirtiga shakar, kakao, yong&#8217;oq, vafli yoki shokolad upasi, hid va ta&#8217;m beruvchi mod- dalar (kakao, vanilin va b.) sepiladi, ichiga esa likyor, sut, asal, yong&#8217;oq, povidlo va b. solinadi. K. tayyorlash kuyidagi ja- rayonlarni: K. massasini tayyorlash, K.ga shakl berish, sirtiga shakar va b. sepish, pardozlash, o&#8217;rash va idishlarga joylash- ni o&#8217;z ichiga oladi. Issiq qiyom massa &#8212; si qoliplarga quyiladi, sovib qotgach, siqiq havo yoki cho&#8217;tka b-n qolipdan tu- shiriladi. Bo&#8217;lash konveyerida shaker va b.ga bo&#8217;lanib, sovitish kamerasidan o&#8217;tkaziladi va bo&#8217;laklarga ajratiladi. K. tayyorlash turli mashina va mexanizmlar yordamida bajariladi. K. sirt qavatini tayyorlashda pomada, pomada-krem, meva, jele, jele-meva, paralin, sut, likyor, krem va b.dan foydalaniladi. Qandolat sanoatida ko&#8217;proq pomadali konfetlar (40%) ishlab chiqariladi. O&#8217;zbekistonda &#171;O&#8217;zdonmahsulot&#187; dav- lat-aktsiyadorlik korporasiyasi, &#171;O&#8217;zoziqovqatsanoat&#187; davlat-aktsiyador- lik kontserni, &#171;O&#8217;zbekbirlashuv&#187; uyush- masi tarkibiga kiradigan korxonalarda ishlab chiqariladi (q.
