Jism harakatini vujudga keltiruvchi kuchlarni hisobga olmagan qolda jism harakatining geometrik xossalarini o&#8217;rganadi. O&#8217;rganiladigan ob&#8217;ekt xossa- lariga ko&#8217;ra, nuqta, qattiq jism, defor- masiyalanuvchi jism, tutash muhit (gaz, suyuqlik, elastik jism) K.siga bo&#8217;linadi. Odatda, K. dinamikani o&#8217;rganishda qo&#8217;shimcha vosita hisoblanadi. Nuqta va qattiq jism K.sining asosiy vazifasi nuqta yoki qattiq jismning muayyan sa- nok, sistemasiga nisbatan harakatlarini (sanoq sistemasiga nisbatan nuqta va- ziyati koordinatalar b-n belgilanadi) va harakatlarning barcha kinematic tasniflari orasidagi bog&#8217;lanishlarni aniqlashdir. Nuqta tezligi (t>) va tezlanish (sh) uning harakatini ifodalovchi asosiy kinematik omillardir. Bo&#8217;lar harakat turiga bog&#8217;liq. Jismning eng od- diy harakati ilgarilanma va aylanma harakatdan iborat. Ilgarilanma harakat vaqtida jismning barcha nuqtalari bir- Day harakat qiladi; jism harakatini (traektoriyasini) ifodalash uchun bitta nuqtaning harakatini bilish kifoya. Har qanday jism to&#8217;g&#8217;ri va egri chiziq bo&#8217;ylab harakatlanadi. Harakat tekis to&#8217;g&#8217;ri chiziqli (yoki aylanma) hamda teqismas (o&#8217;zgaruvchi) bo&#8217;lishi mumkin. Teqismas harakatda tezlikning oniy (haqiqiy) yoki o&#8217;rtacha qiymati aniqlanadi. Tekis harakatda tezlanish nolga teng. Jism qo&#8217;zg&#8217;almas o&#8217;q atrofida aylanma harakat qilsa, bitta erkinlik darajasiga ega bo&#8217;ladi va uning vaziyati burilish bur- chagi (davri), burchak tezligi (chastota) va burchak tezlanishi b-n ifodalanadi. Erkin qattiq jism massa markazi b-n birga ilgarilanma va aylanma harakat qiladi. Artilleriya snaryadi, raqsta, FA- Zoviy jismlar va b. harakati bo&#8217;nga mi- sol bo&#8217;ladi. Deformasi ya l anu vchi muh i t l a r K.si deformasiyalar umumiy nazariyasi va muhitning uzluksizligi shartini aks ettiruvchi uzluksizlik tenglamalarini hamda uzluksiz muhit xarakatining tav- siflarini aniqlaydi. Tutash muhit K. muhit elementlar harakatini ularning deformasiyalanuvchanligini hisobga olgan holda bayon qiladi. Yorug&#8217;lik tez- ligiga yaqin bo&#8217;lgan harakat K.si haqida nisbiylik nazariyasida, mikrozarra- lar harakati haqida kvant mexaniqat qaraladi.
