Bu qonunni AV- striyalik fizik I. Stefan (1835-93) tajribalar asosida 1879 y.da istal- gan jism uchun ta&#8217;riflagan. 1884 y.da L.Bolsman nazariy jig&#8217;atdan bu qonun faqat mutlaq qora jism uchungina to&#8217;g&#8217;ri ekanligini ko&#8217;rsatgan. Keyingi aniq o&#8217;lchashlar S. B. n.q.ning to&#8217;la bajari- lishini va a q 5,6703210~8 Vtg'(m2K4) ekanligini tasdiqlaydi. S.B.n.q. Plank nurlanish qonuninit natijasi sifati- da keltirib chiqarilgan.
