Ipaksi- mon, mumsimon yaltiraydi. Rombik si- stemada kristallanadi. Undan tashqari zich yoki g&#8217;ovak, juda engil agregatlar (&#171;dengiz ko&#8217;pigi&#187;) shaklida ham uchray- Di. Aridli va yarimaridli iqlim sharo- ITIda tuproqda, dengiz va b. sho&#8217;r suvli havzalarda, gilli karbonatlardan tar- kib topgan cho&#8217;kindi jinslarda hamda serpentinitlarni emirilishidan hosil bo&#8217;ladi. Nikelga boy S. turlari silikat- li nikel rudalari tarkibiga kiradi.
