Ishqoriyer metallardan silisidlar va litiy si- Lisid Li6Si2 ma&#8217;lum (Li dan boshqa ishqoriy metallar S. hosil qilmaydi). S. yaltiroq, juda qattiq va og&#8217;ir kristall moddalar, yuqori trada suyuqlanadi, mas, TaSi2 ning suyuklanish t-rasi 2200\u00b0. Me- tallsimon S. barqaror birikmalar, ular hatto yuqori tralarda ham oksidlanmay- Di. MoSi, dan tayyorlangan elektr pechla- ri qizdirgichlarini 1700\u00b0gacha bo&#8217;lgan oksidlovchi muhitda ishlatish mumkin.
