CH3MgBr+CO2&#8212;^CH3COOMgBr- Tibbiyotda qo&#8217;llaniladigan salisil va paminosalisil kislota (PASK) ham tegishli fenolyat (mas, C6H5ONa)HH K. yo&#8217;li b-n olinadi. Organizmda K. maxsus fermentlar ta&#8217;sirida sodir bo&#8217;ladi; mas, pirouzum kislotani K.da piruvatkarboksilaza Fer- menti katalizator vazifasini o&#8217;taydi. K. organizmdagi uglevodlar, yog&#8217;lar va oqsillarning parchalanishi natijasida hosil bo&#8217;ladigan oraliq mahsulotlarni oksidlashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
