K. barcha hayvon va o&#8217;simliklar to&#8217;qimalarida, asosan, sut emizuvchilar jigari va eritrosidlarida hamda aerob mikroorganizmlarda mav- jud. Mol. m. 225000-248000. K. ingi- bitorlariga ko&#8217;pchilik tuzlar (mas, sul- fidlar, tsianidlar, azidlar, ftoridlar) kiradi. K. ning biologik funktsiyasi to&#8217;qima membranalarini N2O2 dan, supe- roksiddismutaza b-n birgalikda esa Su- peroksid radikalidan himoya qilishdir.
