I k. ga ko&#8217;pincha ingichka yoki yo&#8217;g&#8217;on ichakdagi yallig&#8217;lanish (kolit) ja &#8212; rayonlari sabab bo&#8217;ladi. I.k. alohida kasallik bo&#8217;lmay, dizenteriya, ovqatdan bo&#8217;ladigan toksikoinfektsiyalar, ich ter- Lama, paratif, vabo, surunkali ichak yallig&#8217;lanishi (surunkali enterokolit, kolit) kabi bir qator kasalliklar bel- gisidir. Shu bois ich ketganda darhol vrachga murojaat kilish kerak. Ichak yallig&#8217;langanda goh bijg&#8217;ish (achish), goh chirish (sasish) jarayoni kuchayadi, mas, ingichka ichak yallig&#8217;langanda bijg&#8217;ish, yug&#8217;on ichak yallig&#8217;langanda chirish ustun buladi. I. k.ning davosi va parhezi ham shunga qarab belgilanadi. Mishyak, simob, kislota, ishqor ka- bilardan zaharlanishda, shuningdek, ba&#8217;zi sabablarga kura organizmda hosil bo&#8217;lib, unda unlashib qolgan endogen toksinlardan zaharlanishda I.k. mum- kin (mas, uremiyada I.k.) Gijjalar ham ichakni yallig&#8217;lantirib, ich surishi mum- kin (bolalardagi I.k. haqida q. Bolalar dispepsiyasi). Dorilar va parhez haqida vrachdan maslahat olish ke-rak. Oldini olish. Tartib b-n to&#8217;g&#8217;ri ovqatlanish (ovqatni har kuni ma&#8217;lum soatlarda, shoshmasdan, me&#8217;yorida eyish), oziq-ovqatni buzilishi va ay-nishidan saqlash, ovqatni yaxshilab pishirish muhim. Hayajonlanish, qo&#8217;rqishdan ke- lib chiqadigan (nevrogen) I.k.ning oldini olish uchun nerv sistemasini chiniqtirish kerak. Me&#8217;da faoliyatining buzilishidan kelib chiqadigan I.k.ning oldini olish uchun me&#8217;da kasallikla- rini davolatish va oldini olish zarur.
