G.da ajralib chiqqan energiya adenozintrifosfat (ATF) ning fosfat bog&#8217;lari energiyasi- ga aylanadi. Bu jarayonda 6 uglerodli qand \u2014 D-glyukoza hujayraning asosiy &#171;yonilg&#8217;i&#187;si hisoblanadi. G.da gomo- fermentativ sut kislotali va spirtli bijg&#8217;ish muhim ahamiyatga ega. Birinchi holda 6 uglerodli glyukoza 2 molekula 3 uglerodli sut kislotasigacha parchalana- Di. G.ning bu xili ko&#8217;pchilik mikroor- ganizmlar va yuksak hayvonlar, jumla- dan sut emizuvchilar organizmida sodir bo&#8217;ladi. Spirtli bijg&#8217;ishda 6 uglerodli glyukoza molekulasi 2 ta 2 uglerodli etanol (S2N5ON)ga v 2 molekula ugle- rod (1U)-oksid (SO2) gacha parchalanadi. G. jarayoni 2 bosqichda amalga oshadi. 1-bosqichda oddiy qandlar to&#8217;planadi va ular gliserinalde-gidfosfatga ay- lanib, ATF sarf bo&#8217;ladi; 2-bosqichda oksidlanish-qaytarilish reaktsiyasi tu- fayli ATF hamda sut kislotasi hosil bo&#8217;ladi. G.ning ketma-ket reaktsiyalarini 11 ta ferment katalizlaydi. Bu ferment- larni erigan holda ajratib olish mum- kin. G.ning tayyorgarlik bosqichida har xil uglevodlar ATF hisobiga fosfor- lanadi va gliserinaldegid-3-fosfat hosil bo&#8217;ladi. G.ning 2-bosqichi hamma uglevodlar uchun umumiy bo&#8217;lib, unda ADF oksidlanish-qaytarilish reaktsi- yalarida energiya jamg&#8217;arilishi tufayli ATF gacha fosforlanadi. G. ketma-ket bo- radigan 3 xil reaktsiyalar: glyukoza-ugle- rod skeletining buzilib sut kislotasi hosil bo&#8217;lishi; anorganik fosfat ning ATF ning oxirgi guruhiga aylanishi; oksidlanish-qaytarilish reaktsiyala- ri, ya&#8217;ni elektronlar o&#8217;tkazish yo&#8217;lidan iborat. G.da glyukoza molekulasidagi kimyoviy energiyaning juda oz qismi ajraladi. Kislorodli bosqichda glyuko- za oxirgi mahsulot \u2014 SO2 va N2O gacha parchalanib, ancha ko&#8217;p miqdordagi ener- giya ajralib chiqadi. G.da nafas olishga nisbatan kam energiya ajralishi glyuko- zaga o&#8217;xshash murakkab modda \u2014 sut kis- lotasi xrsil bo&#8217;lishi b-n bog&#8217;liq. Shu- ning uchun sut kislotasining oksidla- nish darajasi glyukozaning oksidlanish darajasiga teng. Muskullar qisqarganda sut kislotasi ko&#8217;payib, glikogen kamaya- Di. Bu hol muskul qisqarishida g. ener- giya manbai bo&#8217;lishini ko&#8217;rsatadi. Ba&#8217;- zan g. zaxiralari b-n ishlov berilganda ham muskul qisqaraveradi. Shu boisdan G.ning o&#8217;zi muskul qisqarishida hal qiluvchi ahamiyatga ega emas.
