Qattiq jism tuzilishi va bosimlar farki kattaligiga qarab, g. s.ning diffuzion oqim, molekulyar effuziya, laminar oqim xillari bo&#8217;ladi. Qattiq jismlar (Mae, polimer plyonkalar yoki yopmalar)da g&#8217;ovaklar bo&#8217;lmaganda G. s.ning diffuzion oqim xili vujudga keladi. Bunda gaz qattiq jism chegara qatlamida erib, diffu-ziyalanadi va jiemningboshqatomonidanajralibchiqadi. G. s.ning molekulyar effuziya xilida gaz jism g&#8217;ovaklaridan sizib o&#8217;tadi. Bu g&#8217;ovaklarning diametri gaz molekulalarining o&#8217;rtacha erkin yugurish uzunligi X dan kichik bo&#8217;lishi kerak (bosim 10~3-N0~4 mm sim. ust. bo&#8217;lganda; 1 mm sim. ust.=133,322 N\/m2). Jism g&#8217;ovaklarining diametri erkin yugurish uzunligidan ancha katta bo&#8217;lganda g. s.niig laminar oqim xili vujudga keladi. Moddaning G. s. koeffisienta\/'(m&#8217;\/s-N yokism2\/s-at; 1 sm2\/s-at=1,0210-&#171;M4\/ s-N) bosim bir birlikka kamayganda jismning gaz oqimiga tik bo&#8217;lgan yuza birligi orqali 1 s da o&#8217;tgan gaz hajmi b-n tavsiflanadi.
