Barqaror izo- toplari beshta: 7&#8243;Ge (20,52%), 72Ge (24,43%), 73Ge(7,76%), 74Ge(36,54%) va 76Ge(7,76%). G.ning juda ko&#8217;p sun&#8217;iy radioaktiv izotoplari olingan. G. mav- judligini 1871 y.da D. I. Mendeleev oldindan aytdi; uni &#171;ekasilisiy&#187; deb atadi va davriy sistemada bu element uchun joy qoldirdi. 1886 y.da nemis kimyogari K. Vinkler argirodit nom- li mineral tarkibida o&#8217;sha vaqtda ma&#8217;- lum bo&#8217;lmagan element borligini topdi va unga vatani \u2014 Germaniya sharafiga G. deb nom berdi. G. tarqoq element. Er po&#8217;stida og&#8217;irlik jihatidan 7-10~4* ni tashkil qiladi. Tabiatda erkin holda uchramaydi. Qushimchalar holida te- Mir, pyx, nikel-volfram rudalarida, toshko&#8217;mir, torf, neftda, termal suvlar- da, suv o&#8217;tlarida va silikatlar tarkibida bo&#8217;ladi. Asosiy minerallari: germanit (6,2-10,2%), argirodit (3,65-6,93%), re- nierit (5,46-7.80%) va plyumbogermanit (8,18%). Erkin G. kulrang tusli metall; zichligi 5,33 g\/sm3, suyuqlanish t-rasi 938,25\u00b0, qaynash t-rasi 2850\u00b0. Olmos ti- pida kristallanadi. Atom radiusi 1,39 A. G. mo&#8217;rt, uni mexanik ishlash qiyin. G. tipik yarimo&#8217;tkazgich. Havoda barqaror; cho&#8217;g&#8217;holatigacha qizdirilganida oksidla- nib GeO2 ga aylanadi. G.ga suyultiril- gan xlorid va sulfat kislota ta&#8217;sir etmaydi. Nitrat kislota g.ni GeO2 ga qadar oksidlaydi. G. o&#8217;z birikmalarida +2 va +4 valentli bo&#8217;ladi. 500-700\u00b0 gacha qizdirilganda GeO va GeO2 gacha oksid- lanadi. Germaniy (1U)-oksid GeO2 \u2014 kristall holdagi oq modda. 1035\u00b0 gacha te- tragonal panjarali a-GeO2 holatda tur- g&#8217;un. Suyuklanish t-rasi 1086\u00b0, zichligi 6,277 g\/sm3. 10,35\u00b0 dan yuqorida a=GeO2 geksagonal panjarali, zichligi 4,280 g\/ sm3 bo&#8217;lgan 3-GeO2 ga aylanadi. Germaniy (1U)-oksid g. olishda oraliq mahsulot; maxsus shishalar, sirlar, emallar, optic tolalar i. ch.da, muxim g. birikmalari, germanatlar va b. olishda ishlatiladi. G. oltingugurt b-n 600-700\u00b0da GeS, 1000- 1100\u00b0 da GeS2, selen b-n 500\u00b0 da GeSe hosil qiladi. Galogenlar b-n oson reak- tsiyaga kirishib, tetragalogenidlar bera- Di. Azot, kremniy, vodorod, uglerod b-n bevosita birikmaydi. G. va uning birik- malari yarimo&#8217;tkazgich materiallar, turli xil diodlar, tranzistorlar, detektor- lar, termoelektrik va termoemission materiallar, zargarlik mahsulotlari va maxsus krplamalar tayyorlashda qo&#8217;llaniladi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Germanii (lot.
