G. deb atalishiga sabab bu soha ham seysmik to&#8217;lqinlarni o&#8217;rganish asosida erning ichki tuzilishini o&#8217;rganuvchi fan \u2014 seysmologiya kabi akustik to&#8217;lqinlarni o&#8217;rganib, Quyoshning ichki tuzilishi to&#8217;g&#8217;risida ma&#8217;lumotlar to&#8217;plashga imkon beradi. G.da Quyoshning ichki tuzilishini o&#8217;rganish Dopler tezligini o&#8217;lchash, Quyosh yorqinligi va diametrining o&#8217;zgarishini qayd etishga asoslanadi. Quyosh yuzasi davriy ravishda ko&#8217;tarilib va pasay- ib (tebranib) turishi tufayli uning uzoqlashuvi va yaqinlashuvi yorug&#8217;lik spek- tral chizig&#8217;iga ta&#8217;sir ko&#8217;rsatadi. Quyosh gardishining turli qismlari spectral chiziqlarini tahlil qilib tezliklar taqsimotini Dopler effektita asosan topish usuli g.da keng qo&#8217;llaniladi. Quyosh tebranishlarini qayd etishda spectral chiziqning nihoyatda tor (angstermning yuzdan bir ulushi) sohasini o&#8217;tkaza ola- digan filtrdan foydalaniladi. Te- branish davrini katta aniqlikda o&#8217;lchash uchun uzoq vaqt (bir necha oy) davomida uz- luksiz kuzatuvlar o&#8217;tkazish kerak. Tunda va havo bulut bo&#8217;lgan paytdagi uzilish- larning o&#8217;rnini qoplash uchun Quyoshni turli qit&#8217;alardan turib kuzatish ke- rak. Shuning uchun ham g. sohasidagi tadqiqotlar xalqaro hamkorlik dastur- lari doirasida bajariladi. Bunday da- sturlardan biri \u2014 Iris loyihasida O&#8217;zbekiston FA Astronomiya in-ti ham ishtirok etadi. Toshkent viloyati- ning Qumbel tog&#8217;iga loyiha teleskopi o&#8217;rnatilgan. Tebranishlarni kuzatishdan olingan ma&#8217;lumotlar asosida konvektiv zona chuqurligi va Quyoshning ichki ayla- nish tezligi, Quyosh qa&#8217;rida tovushning tarqalish tezligi va Quyosh moddasining notiniqligi, bosim va t-raning radi- US bo&#8217;ylab tar-qalishlari o&#8217;rganiladi. G. usullari Quyosh yuzasidagi faol sohalarni ular hali paydo bo&#8217;lmasdanoq o&#8217;rganishga, uning qa&#8217;ridagi geliy miqdorini aniqlashga hamda neytrino muammolarini echishga yordam beradi.
