Ishqrriy va ishqoriy er metalla-rining g.i havoda oksidlanadi, suvda gidrolizlanadi, kislotalar ta&#8217;siri- da ajraladi. G. tegishli elementlarni qizdirish yoki eritish, shuningdek erit- malarni elektroliz qilish, oksidlar- ni qaytarish va b. usullar b-n olinadi.
