YOQUBOV ISA RAFAILOVICH (1938.21.10, Toshkent) \u2014 rejissyor. O’zbekistonda xizmat ko\u2019rsatgan san’at arbobi (1974). Toshkent politexnika instituti (1956), Toshkent davlat san’at institutini (1965) tugatgan. Respublika qo’g’irchoq teatrida rejissyor. (1966 yildan), bosh rejissyor. (1967-90 yillar). Yoqubov har bir asar mazmuni va janriga mos sahnaviy shakl topishga, spektakllarning qiziqarli bo’lishiga intiladi. «Shavkatning boshidan kechirganlari» (L. Boboxonov, A. Qobulov), «Qo’zichog’im» (N. Ro’zimuhamedov), «Kul, kulaver, Oyxon» (M. Ushas), «Bir chigitdan ming chigit» (N. Ro’zimuhamedov, I. Yoqubov), «Farhod va Shirin» (A. Navoiy) va boshqalar uning eng yaxshi spektakllari. Bolgariya qo’g’irchoq teatrida «Semurg» (Zulfiya, S. Somova), «Senimi, shoshmay tur» (A. Kurlyandskiy, A. Xait), Afg’oniston teatrida «Olabo’ji» (M. Suponin), «G’aroyib musobaqa» (E.
