Termosezgir element yuzasi yuqori yutish krbiliyatiga ega qora qurumga bo&#8217;yalgan, odatda, yupqa (0,1\u20141 mkm) metall qatlam yoki kata traviy qarshilik koeffisientiga ega yarim o&#8217;tkazgich yoki dielektrik bo&#8217;lishi mumkin. Bolometr Uinston ko&#8217;prigi singari sxemada yasaladi. Ko&#8217;prikning bir tomonidagi termoelementga nurlanish oqimi tushiriladi, ikkinchi tomondagisi yopiq bo&#8217;ladi. Kuchlanishning ana shu pasayishi o&#8217;lchanayotgan nurlanish oqimi quvvati o&#8217;lchami bo&#8217;lib xizmat qiladi. Metall va yarimo&#8217;tkazgichdan yasalgan Bolometrni sovitish talab etilmaydi. Sovitiladigan yarimo&#8217;tkazgich (germaniy) li Bolometr juda sezgir bo&#8217;ladi. O&#8217;ta va o&#8217;ta o&#8217;tkazuvchan Bolometr 2-4\u00b0 K temperaturagacha sovitiladi.
