Burhon Mirzo shoh Tahmasp I ning Shirvon noibi Alqas Mirzoga qarshi olib borayotgan kurashi hamda Eron bilan Turkiya o&#8217;rtasida urush boshlanganidan foydalanib qo&#8217;zg&#8217;olon ko&#8217;targan (1547) va o&#8217;zini Shirvonshoh deb e&#8217;lon qilgan. Qo&#8217;zg\u2019olonda asosan dehqonlar ishtirok etgan. Burhon Mirzo qo&#8217;zg&#8217;olonga qadar Turkiya bilan til biriktirgan bo&#8217;lib, uning madadiga tayangan.
