Dastlab RKSM, 1924 yildan RLKSM, 1926 yildan VLKSM deb atalgan. 14-28 yoshdagi yigit-qizlar qabul qilingan. Tashkiliy jihatdan sobiq KPSSdan Andoza olib tuzilgan. Yoshlar orasida komfirqa siyosatini olib borgan. O&#8217;zbekistonda tuzilgan yoshlar tashkiloti (O&#8217;zlksm) ham uning tarkibiy qismi edi.
