Dinamik meterologiyaning asosiy vazifasi atmosfera jarayonlarini prognozlashdan iborat (atmosferada shamol uzgarishi tenglamasi, turli to&#8217;lqinlar harakati, bosimni hisoblash, EHM yordamida ma&#8217;lum muddatda shamol, harorat, bosimni baholash kabilar). Dinamik meterologiyaning muhim amaliy vazifasi ob-havo elementlari (temperatura, shamol tezligi, bulut, yog&#8217;inlar va boshqalar) ga oid ma&#8217;lumotlarni oldindan hisoblash usullarini ishlab chiqishdir. At-mosferadagi radiatsion, elektr va fizika jarayonlarini o&#8217;rganish ham Dinamik meterologiya vazifasiga kiradi. O&#8217;zbekistonda Dinamik meterologiyaning asoschilari V. I. Gubin, E. M. Kozik va N. N. Romanovlar hisoblanadi. Dinamik meterologiyaning kelajakda rivojlanishi atmosfera holatini kuzatish nuqtalarini ko&#8217;paytirish, yerning sun&#8217;iy yo&#8217;ldoshlaridan olinadigan ma&#8217;lumotlardan, yangi elektron texnikadan foydalanishga bog&#8217;liq bo&#8217;lib, fizika, kimyo, kibernetika fanlari yutuqlariga ham asoslanadi.
