O&#8217;zbekiston xalq rassomi (1944). Samarqand rassomlik maktabida (1918-21), O&#8217;zbekiston rassomlari uyushmasi qoshidagi rassomlar malakasini oshirish studiyasida (1939-40) o&#8217;qituvchi. 1934 yildan kinoda, 1944 yildan &#171;O&#8217;zbekfilm&#187;da bosh rassom. Ijodini Samarqand manzaralari aks ettirilgan etyudlar yaratish bilan boshlagan (Samarqand me&#8217;moriy obidalari aks etgan etyudlar turkumi, 1910-50 yillar). Yeremyanning kinodagi ijodi (&#171;Nasriddin Buxoroda&#187;, 1944; &#171;Tohir va Zuhra&#187;, 1946; &#171;Alisher Navoiy&#187;, 1947 va boshqalar) O&#8217;rta Osiyo xalqlari madaniyati va maishiy hayotini tarixiy badiiy yoritilishining teranligi, koloritni chuqur his qilinishi, kompozitsiya yechimi bilan ajralib turadi.
