Suyuq vodorodni olgan (1906). Birinchi bo&#8217;lib mutlaq nolga yaqin temperatura hosil qilgan va bir nechta moddaning xossalarini tekshirgan. Suyuq geliy hosil qilish usulini ishlab chiqqan va birinchi bo&#8217;lib uni olgan (1908). Kamerling-Onnes 1,04 K past temperaturani olishga muvaffaq bo&#8217;lgan va jismlarning past temperatura sharoitidagi xossalarini o&#8217;rganib chiqqan. Suyuq geliyning qovushqoqligi, zichligi, solishtirma issiqlik sig&#8217;imi va temperaturasini o&#8217;lchagan. U simob, qalay va boshqa ba&#8217;zi elementlarning o&#8217;ta o&#8217;tkazuvchanligini kashf qilgan (1911), kuchli magnit maydoni ta&#8217;sirida o&#8217;ta o&#8217;tkazuvchanlikning buzilishini kuzatgan (1913), o&#8217;ta o&#8217;tkazuvchanlikdan juda kuchli magnit maydonni hosil qilishda foydalanishni taklif qilgan.
