Amaliyotda Ishlab chiqarish gimnastikasining 2 turi mavjud: 1) odamni ish kuniga tayyorlovchi kirish gimnastikasi; 2) ish vaqtidagi badan tarbiya daqiqalari \u2014 bunda o&#8217;tirib ishlaydiganlarga yurish, o&#8217;tirib turish, belni bukish; tik turib ishlaydiganlarga \u2014 oyoq muskullariga dam beruvchi mashklar tanlanadi.
