Rivoyatlarga qaraganda, u Qashqarga savdo karvoni bilan kelgan Hoji Abu Nasr Somoniy vositasi bilan Islom dinini birinchi bo&#8217;lib qabul qilgan va 12-25 yoshlarida Qur&#8217;oni Karimni yod olgan. Aabdulkarim Sotuq Bug\u2019roxondan boshlab Islom dini Qashqar, Yorkent, Oqsuv va Xo&#8217;tanga tarqalgan.
