Ayni shu damlarda birdan ulg&#8217;ayib qolayotgan o&#8217;g&#8217;il-qizlar o&#8217;tish davrida o&#8217;z organizmida sodir bo&#8217;layotgan o&#8217;zgarishlar oldida biroz shoshib qolishadi. Shunda ularga kattalar yordami zarur. Ayniqsa, ota-ona bu borada farzandining eng yaqin sirdosh do&#8217;stiga aylanishi zarur. Chekuv\u00adchining bronx va o&#8217;pkasi, buyrak hamda jigarida poloniy \u2014 210 radioaktiv moddasi asta-sekin to&#8217;planib boradi. Bu esa o&#8217;z navbatida saraton kasalligi rivojlanishida muhim omil hisoblanadi.<br><small><\/small><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/odam.uz\/upload\/media\/entries\/2018-08\/09\/1725-7-2e5a92eeed7b8ea015b2f68c87c00639.jpg\"><small><\/small><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sigaretlarning tashqi ko&#8217;rinishi o&#8217;ta &#171;glamur&#187; qiyofada&#8230;&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/odam.uz\/upload\/media\/entries\/2018-08\/09\/1725-8-2e5a92eeed7b8ea015b2f68c87c00639.jpg\"><small><\/small><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230; yoki chekishning salbiy oqibaqtlari suratlari tushirilgan (faqat ayrim mamlakatlarda) holdagi korinishda bo&#8217;lishi mumkijn. Labingizga sigareta tutishdan avval yana bir marta o&#8217;ylab ko&#8217;ring &#8212; bu shunga arziydimi???<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Birgina tamaki tutuni tarkibida is gazi, sianid (sinil) kislota, azot oksidi, aseton, asetalaldegid, akrolein, benzin, nitrobenzol, gidrazin (diamid) kabi qatorzaharli moddalar mavjud. Yopiq xonada chekuvchilar bilan hamroh bo&#8217;lgan sog&#8217;lomodam ham 80 foiz sigaret tutuni bilan to&#8217;yingan havodan nafas oladi va zararli moddalar uning ham organizmiga yuqori nafas yo&#8217;llari orqali kiradi. Bunday kashandalar bilan yonma-yon ishlovchi yoki yashovchi odamlar ham passiv chekuvchilar hisoblanishadi.<br><small><\/small><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/odam.uz\/upload\/media\/entries\/2018-08\/09\/1725-10-a55de2e98fe3835e911926103b6910fc.jpg\"><small><\/small><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AQShning Shimoliy Karolina shtatidan Amanda Felder &#171;Facebook&#187; ijtimoiy tarmog\u2018ida sog\u2018lom (ayrim manbalarga ko\u2018ra &#8212; tasodifan haloq bo\u2018lgan) odam o\u2018pkasi va 20 yil davomida kuniga 1 pachkadan sigaret chekkan odamning o\u2018pkasini taqqoslanishi aks ettirilgan videorolikni yuklagan. Atigi bir necha kun o\u2018tib ushbu rolikni 600 000 ortiq inson ko\u2018rib chiqqan. Rolikda ikkala o\u2018pkaga ham havo berilgan.
