Amigdalinning kislotalar hamda achchiq bodom mevasining suvdagi ekstraktida bo&#8217;ladigan emulsion fermenti ta&#8217;sirida gidrolizlanishi natijasida D-glyukoza, benzaldegid va tsianid kislota hosil bo&#8217;ladi.
