Amidlanish murakkab fermentativ jarayon bo&#8217;lib, unda adenozinfosfat kislotalar energiyasidan foydalanadi. Asidoz holatlarida moddalar almashinuvidan hosil bo&#8217;ladigan kislotali moddalar glutaminaza fermentining ta&#8217;sirida glutamindan ammiak ajralib chiqishi tufayli buyrakda neytrallanadi.
