Donbassdagi Gorlovka o\u2018g\u2018it zavodida ishlagan (1940). Chirchiq elektr kimyo kombinatida bosh muhandis (1940\u201443), Chirchiq shahar partiya qo\u2018mitasi kotibi (1943\u201444), O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi Davlat Plan komissiyasi raisining birinchi o\u2018rinbosari (1944\u2014 47), Respublika Ministrlar Soveti boshqarmasi boshlig\u2018i (1948), Chirchiq elektr kimyo kombinati bosh muhandisi (1948\u201451), O\u2018zbekistan Fanlar akademiyasi kimyo institutida laboratoriya (bo\u2018lim) mudiri (1951\u201486), bosh ilmiy xodim (1986 yildan), O\u2018zbekiston Fanlar akademiyasi kimyo-texnologiya fanlari bo\u2018limi akademik-kotibi (1952\u201456, 1966\u201486) bo\u2018lib ishlagan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asosiy ilmiy ishlari yangi mineral o\u2018g\u2018itlar turlarini olish, o\u2018g\u2018itlar sifatini yaxshilash, murakkab o\u2018g\u2018itlardan ratsional foydalanishga oid. Malik Nabiyevning qovushoqlanib (yopishib) qolmaydigan ammiak selitrasi olish usuli Chirchiq elektr kimyo kombinatida va boshqa korxonalarda amaliyotda qo\u2018llandi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malik Nabiyev o\u2018z shogirdlari bilan birgalikda ammoniylashtirilgan superfosfat olish usulini ishlab chiqdi va uni Qo\u2018qon, Jambul, Samarqand hamda Chorjo\u2018y kimyo zavodlarida amalga oshirdi.
