Praga konservatoriyasini tugatgach, Turkistonga kelib harbiy kapelmeyster bo&#8217;lgan (1878). O&#8217;sha davrdayoq Markaziy Osiyo xalqlari kuylarini to&#8217;plash va puflama cholg&#8217;ular orkestri uchun qayta ishlashga kirishgan. Leysek yaratgan &#171;Osiyocha Popurri&#187; (1890) chet ellarda (1891, Chexiyada) ijro etilgan birinchi o&#8217;zbek ohanglariga asoslangan kompozitorlik asarlaridan. 1918 yilga qadar Toshkentdagi &#171;lira&#187; xor jamiyati, &#171;Turkiston musiqa jamiyati&#187;ni boshqargan. 1920\u2014 30 yillarda Toshkent musiqa texnikumida o&#8217;qituvchilik, &#171;Matbuotchilar&#187; klubida torli cholg&#8217;ular orkestriga rahbarlik qilgan. 50 yillik ijodiy faoliyati davomida o&#8217;zbek, qozoq, qirg&#8217;iz, tatar va boshqa xalqlarning kuy va qo&#8217;shiqlarini to&#8217;plagan, ayrim o&#8217;zbek kuylarini (&#171;Rajabiy&#187;, &#171;Munojot&#187;, &#171;boljuvon&#187; va boshqalar) puflama cholg&#8217;ular orkestri uchun qayta ishlagan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Leysek Vyacheslav Vyacheslavovich (asl ismi Frantishek Vaslav; 1857, Chexiya \u2014 1935, Toshkent) \u2014 harbiy Kapel-Meyster, kompozitor.
